    Manage programs and training of over 500 career management consulting staff for virtual assessment services across North America delivered via web events, web site content and video recordings. Serve as virtual (Home-Based) Birkman Master Trainer on current 7 member team representing US and Canada regions.
    ♦ Developed unique assessment program for executive level clients to identify key strengths and areas for leadership development. Coached over 400 executives to improve leadership skills. Trained select members of the Executive Coaching team on assessment best practices.
    ♦ Wrote first virtual Career Assessment web event and trained 25 team members to deliver over 500 web events annually. Presentation revised 8 times in 5 years for improved client experience, with team rating average score exceeding 4.6 out of 5.
    ♦ Created and implemented new web event in for the Birkman Career Management Report and other assessments in 2014, training 16 member team in delivery.
